"The door to the fitness room was broken. So my wife wasn’t able to work out because no one was there to fix it. I also asked the staff about the possibility of a late check out and was given several different answers before they told my wife no."

"This was not a good visit. We checked into a room with no A/C on a warm evening. Not sure how the hotel wouldn't know it didn't work until we told them. They then moved us to a room with a broken thermostat. Breakfast was fine. The hotel needs a remodel."

"The room was very dirty hairs everywhere toilet had some feces on the edge. The shower did not drain and was dirty. The curtain did not close all the way, and you could see in from outside, walking by, and the mirror placement showed even more of the room. I had to tuck it behind the door for privacy. No pots or pans to cook with on the hot plate. The fridge was nice, the TV was nice and modern, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Something else to note, when we began loading our car around 9 am, both keys stopped working for the room, so we had to go back to the front desk to get them reactivated. Overall, not bad for the price, the bed was clean, and it was right next to King's Dominion you cant beat that view!"

"The room was warm despite the air conditioning being set at 65 It just blew air not cold air Breakfast was not great compared to other lower cost hotels. We will not stay there again Staff was congenial Room was clean"

"Breakfast was very good. Everything was very fresh. Like most hotels, our ADA room was at the very end of the hall. Not everyone with mobility issues has a wheelchair. It was a long walk! The bed was too high for me and there was no shower chair. I'd have to give it a low score for accessibility. "
