"Friendly front desk staff. Nice, renovated room. Pet friendly and lots of outdoor space to take your dog. Breakfast was excellent. They offered everything and food was hot and very good. BW is located in a beautiful setting in the pines and yet it is just on the west end of town. Takes 3-4 minutes to get to all the activity on old Route 66"

"This is a no frills motel, I expected bare minimum. I made a last minute booking in a high demand area. However the sheets were stained and dirty. They dont change the fitted sheet. They use a fitted, then a matc then a flat sheet over the mat. 3 layers then blankets. My guess is they change the flat sheet. It served the purpose of a place to sleep. Clean sheets would have been nice to have. Hair left in bathroom shower and on towels, stained towels."

"The room was okay. It needs updating. Peeling paint in bathroom. The beds were comfortable. Disappointing breakfast. It was advertised as breakfast available with a surcharge. Front desk knew nothing about it and told us to go to the connecting restaurant. There we were told they were completely separate from the hotel. Breakfast with a surcharge is deceptive advertising."

"This place looked so cute! But boy was our room DIRTY. So so dirty. Hair in every bed - clearly unwashed linens. Stains on the comforters. Gross dust and dirt along every baseboard. This place could be so cute. If i didn’t have all my young kids past bedtime i would have driven away. Had a rough night sleep cause couldn’t get past the fact that we were sleeping on filth."
