Die untere Etage mit Rezeption und Restaurant machte einen tollen Eindruck, die Räumlichkeiten entsprachen ungefähr der Vorstellung einer solchen Location. Mitarbeiter alle super nett. Schwachpunkt sind die Zimmer, hier sieht es so aus, als wenn Anfang/Mitte der Neunziger das Zimmer hergerichtet wurde, seitdem aber nichts mehr passiert ist. "Ein kleines Stück außerhalb von Thale ist das ein kleines Paradies mit allem was man braucht sich zu entspannen. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Den wunderschönen Garten mit vielen Sitzecken würde ich auch selbst gern haben 😉 und alles ist top gepflegt und sauber. Ich würde immer wieder gern da Urlaub machen. "

"Hotel ist wohl eine alte Kaserne, das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht. Das Restaurant ist abends so „naja“ es gibt nur Buffet. Zur Wahl alles 27€ oder ein Teller für 17€ Qualität ist ok. Bisschen Fleisch, Fisch und Vegetarisch. Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern die Betten Bequem. Länger als 1-2 Tage würde ich nicht buchen. Aber für Außendienstler oder Montage völlig ok. "

"Arrived at 10.30pm after a day of visiting clients and a long drive from Dusseldorf where we got held up in a lot of traffic to find out the hotel was closed no one was there and now stuck with nowhere to go. I hadnt noticed that in the small print it states check in closes at 10pm a detail I think should be highlighted not hidden in small details. Extremely disappointed no one tried to ring or message from the hotel to see if we were arriving. I accept we were late but would have been better for someone to contact us as we were only just after the cut off. They could have left the keys out for us but no they just locked up and left us stranded"
