The young blonde lady (whose name I shamefully can’t remember) spoke fluent English, which helped tremendously, as my German is sadly very poor 😬. There were a few other members of staff who also kindly spoke a little English, of which I very much appreciated. My only real gripe was the pillows could be better.. also tea & coffee making facilities in the room would’ve been a nice thing to have. Food was excellent in...
