« Chambre de bonne taille et confortable. Le personnel était très agréable et réactif. »

« As a part of a long road trip across the country and back, this little place was so comfortable and welcoming! Clay is a great host. We liked so many things about the house, but I will begin with the location. There are several parks within walking distance. Old Town Arvada is a 25 minute walk and has so many charming shops and eateries. We went downtown to visit the capitol building too. The security guard told us about a tour beginning in just a few minutes. It was so informative and we really...

« Very cozy place, host was in constant communication with us. Clean, great area, hot tub was awesome. Close to restaurants and a Walmart. Shower had great pressure. Loved the French press coffee maker. Beds comfortable. Full kitchen which is always helpful during travel. Closet stocked with cozy blankets. Backyard was very peaceful with a park view. Washing machine and dryer worked great. Highly recommend this place! »

« The photo on your site was not what we walked into at all as I said before. All white trim was visibly dirty including door screen door with holes. No head board or as pictured dirty comforter sat on end of bed and it went to the floor. Tiny was not the issue. Misrepresentation was. No sink in the bathroom. As I have medical issues the no sink was unexceptable which is why we didn’t stay and that should have been in the description of the place. That was not a quick fix. Looking for...

« This place was perfect for our family of four! We enjoyed walking to Olde Town daily. I also appreciated the quick communication and follow up’s from the owners. We would definitely stay here again. »

« We really enjoyed our 8-day stay in the Denver area. The home was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and it was a great place to stay for an extended visit. The host was wonderful to work with and very responsive. We had a small issue with the air conditioning during our stay, and the host was quick to respond and easy to communicate with, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this property! »

« Communication with host was easy and fast responding. Place was immaculate! Would definitely stay at this place again the next time we visit Colorado! »

« We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo rental! It was perfect for our family and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The home was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. We had no issues during our stay, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families looking for a great place to stay. »

« Great experience overall. The house was very nice and kitted with amenities. Excellent communication and our stay was very comfortable. Highly recommended. »

« The house was clean and had everything outlined in the description. We lost one night of sleep due to a faulty fire alarm going off every two hours. The host got it addressed by mid-afternoon. The rest of the stay was fine. »
