Reserved a king bed, none available and ended up with 2 queens. Took more than 1 hour to check in. At first we were put in an already occupied room. Then put in another. No hot water! Couldn't take showers!

I felt very unsafe I chose not to stay there. There was a pile of garbage or what looked like garbage piled at the front door. The desk clerk couldn’t find my reservation and was not helpful. I’ve asked for a refund of the reservation I bought the guarantee as well.

The hotel ran out of toilet paper there was no toilet paper for 3 days. When checking into the property, IW told that my reservation had been canceled. Which I did not cancel it. Also one of the clerks told another customer. They should stop using this hotel chain. If they had so many problems

As soon as we walked in it smelled terrible. I was hoping it was just the lobby but once we got in the room it was even worse. The soap in the restroom was used and the bedding was visibly dirty. I left within an hour. I now feel like I need a shower.

The room smelled like dog so bad that even the sheets smelled that way! Was so bad made me gage and burned my nose! The people above me walked all night and couldn’t sleep at all! People were arguing outside my window playing music it was not a great stay at all!
