"The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room included a small dining table and plates, utensils, and cookware if you'd like to cook in the room or heat up a frozen dinner, etc. The room had one ONE hook on the wall to hang wet towels or a couple wash cloths. NO towel bars!!! No way to hang up a towel as the shower pole was up at the ceiling. Unbelievable! "

"Everything about this property was fabulous! Easy check in, friendly staff, immaculate suites, amenities were amazing! It’s a great stop if you want to be on your way to Canada or North Cascades. There is plenty of shopping available nearby. The only thing I’d ask the staff to address is to install card payment facility in the laundry. Not everyone carries coins with them. I stayed for three nights with my family and wanted to do laundry before heading to Canada. I wanted to pay with card but could not. When asked the staff to change bills for quarter coins, the staff member did not have any at reception. Having said that, I’d still stay here in the future and definitely recommend it for families with kids."

"Was advertised on web site as having a pool. No mention that it would be outdoors and was supposedly under construction. We saw no evidence of a pool on the property. Was not impressed that it was advertised. Would have chosen a different hotel."
