"If I can rate this hotel, a zero I would have rated a zero, but you guys would not allow me to do it. I would never stay at Westgate resort and spa ever again in my life. I shouldn’t have to pay to use a waterpark that is being advertised as if it’s included in the nightly rates. This resort gets a zero from me and I wish I can get my money back from staying there, a matter of fact, I didn’t even stay the fourth night. That’s just how horrible the resort was."

"What a great place to stay for an Orlando vacation, Disney or not. Great free breakfast, clean comfortable rooms, nice showers, shuttles to Disney springs if you don’t want to walk. Shuttles to the Disney parks. Easy access to universal and sea world as well. Friendly and helpful staff. What more could you want. Would definitely stay again. "

"We had a great overall experience at this hotel. The room was very nice, clean, and felt new, and the staff throughout the property were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant, especially Chop Steakhouse, was outstanding—easily one of the best restaurants we’ve been to. Truly a five-star experience. There are a few areas for improvement. Maintenance could be better, as some areas like the restaurant windows were noticeably dirty, which affected the view. At the pool, it was difficult to find chairs, many guests reserve them early in the morning and leave, making it hard for others to enjoy the space later. While this is more of a guest behavior issue, some sort of policy could improve the experience. We also noticed what appeared to be a small wood-eating bug in the room, which may or may not be an isolated issue, but worth mentioning. One major downside was the Starbucks inside the hotel. The service was very poor—staff were rude, dismissive, and unwilling to address an issue with weirdness milk in our drinks. We ended up leaving the property to go to another location, which was disappointing given the convenience the hotel is supposed to offer. Overall, despite that, we had a very good stay and would definitely consider coming back. "
