You will find this farm on the route from the Adriatic Sea to the Umbro-Marchigiano Apennines, at an altitude of 880 meters above sea level, in Apecchio. Its close proximity to Urbino provides an excellent opportunity to visit this city which is rich in history and culture. The Country House in Marche is comprised of 5 apartments of varying sizes. Each apartment has a hall and bathroom, independent heating and offers a view that extends as far as the Apennine mountains. This is one of the brand new farms in the region of Marche with a restaurant. Just a few meters from the house you will find a family restaurant offering typical foods of the area, which recall the ancient flavors of the past. Guests can enjoy a quiet stay in the tranquility of the woods, pastures and unspoiled mountains which surround the Country House. You can also use the beautiful indoor pool (with sauna and Jacuzzi) which overlooks a very picturesque natural landscape. If you would like to spend a holiday in The Marches discovering the natural beauty of the area via numerous paths and small roads, on foot, by bicycle or on horseback, then this farmhouse is the perfect place for you!

A beautiful apartment suitable for families or groups of friends who would like to spend their holiday on a farm. This is a four-room apartment that can accommodate up to 10 persons. It has a total area of 100 sqm. There are three bedrooms, two of which are furnished with double beds. The third contains two single beds. You will also find a sofa bed for two persons in the living room. The kitchen is well-equipped and offers the opportunity to prepare your own meals, which, if you prefer, you can enjoy outside (garden furniture is at your disposal).


In The Marches, to protect the natural environment and its wildlife, 12 protected areas have been established, including two national parks (Monti Sibillini e Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga) and six nature reserves. The snow-capped peaks of the Appennines Ridge provide snow lovers with ideal slopes and trails for winter sports. When winter comes to an end, a thick network of hiking trails unfolds - perfect for trekking, horseback riding and mountain biking. Near the accommodation you'll find a fully-equipped riding center which also organizes group outings. One of the most suggestive horseback tours is without a doubt the journey to Gola del Furlo. For the braver visitor and those who love risk there are sport activities such as hang-gliding and adventurous water sports including rafting, canoeing and kayaking down the mountain streams, plus opportunities for climbing and canyoning.


The price includes: gas, electricity, satellite TV, linen (bed linen and bath towels), crockery, safe, mountain bike, independent heating for each room (to be added to the daily rate for a winter stay), use of the swimming pool and garden furniture, barbecue.

Not included in the price: costs for heating in winter, 5 euro per m/3 – final cleaning, 30 euro (mandatory) – extra bed, 60 euro per person per week – change of bed/bath/kitchen linen, 5 euro per change.
