"It's an older hotel in a good location. Room was a little dusty, the lamp bases were covered. There was a dog howling one night keeping us awake. The breakfast bar had most everything."

"Overall, enjoyed our stay. We were in Nashville only for two nights for a concert at the Bridgestone Arena. The hotel is in a good location close walking distance to Broadway and to the concert venue. We did run into a couple of issues during our stay. Our room was not ready when we tried to check in at 4pm, got a text saying it was ready about 40 minutes later but then had to wait at front desk for quite awhile before being helped. So, we didn’t get into our room until about 50 minutes after check in time. Then upon trying to load up the car and check out, one of the elevators was down. Wait times were crazy to be able to get on and made checking out pretty hectic. Not huge issues, but enough to be annoying when you’re in a rush. Other than that, it was a decent stay for a short trip."

I was incredibly impressed to find that clothes left on the bed had been neatly folded, toiletries in the bathroom were carefully lined up in an organized manner, and a warm handwritten note had been left in the room. What impressed me most throughout my visit was the consistent positivity and kindness shown by every staff member, no matter where I was in the hotel.
