Enjoy this pleasant little apartment in the heart of the old town of Annecy.   
  
This 38m2 apartment was refurbished by an interior designer in November 2021\.   
  
You can enjoy a pleasant stay in the pretty town of Annecy and enjoy a comfortable and cozy apartment.   
  
Despite being right in the center of the old town, the triple glazing covers all noise.   
  
Located in a quiet building and very close to a supermarket 2m away, it will be easy for you to do your shopping.   
  
It has a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, and a lounge/bedroom area.   
  
Cleaning and linen rental are two mandatory extras:   
  
Mandatory extras in addition to the rate/night are:   
  
\- cleaning (price per property) is included in the reservation automatically   
  
\- Bed linen and towels (NOT INCLUDED): 16.90 euros/person, to be paid before your arrival.   
  
Housekeeping includes:   
  
\- cleaning floors, surfaces and windows
