« This property is much better than the listing can show! It’s clean and newly redone. There are lots of places to sleep and bathrooms on each floor. The water here is amazing!!! Nice new dock. We rented a boat and had a blast! Tracy was a great host. There is also a small gravel road between the house and water which makes it nice for kids/grandkids to keep track of them not wandering out to water alone. Lots of outdoor seating in sun and shade. Fire pit. Great stay! »

« The house was clean and well stocked with anything you may have forgotten (simple spices, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, laundry detergent). Great location, close to everything in TV. Letty was responsive and gave us some extra info on events since we were there over 4th of July. For allowing pets, it was cleaner than I expected, but I do think that some people allow pets on furniture (we do not) and we just put a sheet on the couch to sit on. But most people would likely never even notice...

« Rental was a very nice place to stay in and the area is very relaxing. It was great to have lake access and to be in a quiet cove. The house is very clean and its the perfect amount of space for a small group. It was also nice to have access to a dock space for the rental boat we had for a day. The place has everything you need for a stay and would definitely stay again. Check in and communication was great with the owner. »

« Such a nice little hidden gem! It was clean, and despite being tiny it felt very spacious for two people and a service pup. I was originally worried when I saw the listing said no pets, since I do have a service dog who accompanies me, but the host was very accommodating and helpful! It isn’t far from a main road, but it’s separated by a beautiful creek and bridge, it quiets down at night and the hot tub is perfect! We definitely are planning on coming back sometime! »

« This cottage is very well maintained and is absolutely beautiful inside. It was exceptionally clean and was stocked with everything I needed for a 10 night stay. If you are looking for peace and tranquility, then this is the place for you.The cottage is set in a wooded area and is nicely secluded. It was very quiet throughout my entire stay. Just the sound of birds. The property owner was easy to deal with and I would definitely recommend staying here. »

« Best VRBO ever! This quiet and secluded gem in the forest is only a short drive from the freeway, but feels like you are miles away from the people and traffic of the city. The cottage has a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with everything you need for meals plus a coffee bar. Large bedrooms have views of the forest in all directions and the bathrooms were nice and clean. We had a relaxing weekend here and can’t wait to come back the next time we are in Knoxville. »
