This place is super cute, clean and had everything we needed. The view of the river and being on a farm was much better than staying in a hotel. Such a quaint space, perfect amount of room for a couple to spend a few nights. Beautifully decorated with lots of extra thoughtful amenties to make your stay welcoming and comfortable. Great communication with the owner, friendly and prompt. Loved the options for extras including renting kayaks, fishing gear, or playing with the farm animals. There are 2 tiny homes which sit next to the home of the owner, such a genius idea. It would be the perfect setup to rent with friends! You can spend time outside together playing games or around the river or firepit then still have your own space to be able to retreat. Took around a 20 minute drive to get to downtown Knoxville. The tiny house was well stocked with all essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The host was quick to address that we did not have hot water. The animals were a treat even though they no longer have the cows that we were so looking forward to meeting. The river is beautiful. We sat down by the river every evening. The current was a bit rough for us to swim or kayak but we enjoyed watching others fish from kayaks.
