« Great hotel »

« The hotel is obviously mature but isn’t one of those cheap wood frame hotels going up everywhere. It is very well maintained and the staff were absolutely top shelf. The location was off the strip but everything we come to Branson for is an easy drive from there. Will definitely be back. »

« It’s the only place we stay in Branson. Staff and rooms are awesome. Great location with a reasonable breakfast. »

« The carpeting in the room felt a bit "sticky" but that could be from the humidity experienced in Missouri. The room was clean and the breakfast was decent with eggs, sausage, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, cereal and yogurt. Overall, a good value for the money. »

« The stool rocked when you sat down, the baseboards needed a good scrubbing with dark spots present. You can tell that the cleaning staff does a good job with the day to day work. Breakfast was as expected. Air conditioning was great, staff was nice, the room was clean. »

« I liked that the property was neat and clean. The hotel staff was nice and kind. I didn't like that fact that when we arrived there a baseball team of kids making a lot of noise in the lobby area during quiet time hours. I could also hear them running down the hallway near my room. I also didn't like that my room was right by the elevator. Other than that every else was good. »

« I forgot my bag in the room and didn’t realized till I got home 5 hours away. When I called they had it and I sent them a prepaid postage sheet vis email. I got it within a few days. I will be back and stay there every time. »

« This was a great stay. The hotel is older, but it was clean and the staff was fantastic! It's older-furnishings aren't perfect, but not bad. Two pools, indoor and out. Bar, restaurant, and a show on site. Only real complaint was that the Continental breakfast was a little lacking. For the price, this was one of the few places that you actually get a deal in Branson. Will stay again! »

« Everything was great, the only exception was that the bathtub is very slippery. We are somewhat elderly. The excellent housekeeper promptly got us a bath mat for inside the tub. All we needed was a clean bed and clean bathroom and the room was up to expectations. We also enjoyed the breakfast every morning. We would stay there again. »
