My husband had to walk to the front desk to talk to somone and they said they could give us a fan if we wanted and they would let maintenance know. Maintenance arried around 11pm and did fix the issue but it took forever to cool the room enough to sleep. The owners were very helpful, and the kitchen ladies were very friendly and helpful. It was fun having a jacuzzi right in our room. We stayed in March, just as the season was beginning so our first morning there was no breakfast but the owner gave me the key to the breakfast room so I could use the toaster.
