« My friends and I had a Grand Valley State alumni golf outing for the weekend and this was the perfect house to stay at for the weekend. It’s close to local golf courses and only 10 minutes away from Grand Rapids. The house was very clean and we would definitely stay here again. »

« Our son got married at Railside and this place was perfect for our stay. So close to the venue and we enjoyed a great dinner one night in downtown Byron Center. Also walked the Kent Trail a few times which was beautiful! Close to groceries, gas etc. Property was beautiful, spacious and clean. Groomsman stopped by on their way to the venue and enjoyed a nice lunch. We got subs from the catering menu at Subway in town. They were so nice and helpful and it was really good! Excellent stay....

« I don’t feel that they were prepared for summmer went June 19 and no pool. The spa was ready , the volleyball court wasn’t cleared . There was no was clothes or hand towels, no dish towels. One smoke detector and had to call for battery, which they came quickly. There’s lots of sleeping arrangements but not really room for much more. We still had a good time but wish they put a little more effort into the place. »
