« Great customer service and support for sure. However, the cabin was dusty, the knotted flooring had small holes that exposed what appeared to be a dirt foundation. When it rained, the humidity with the dust made it hard for me for breath. The sheets in the main bed were clean, but they also seemed dusty to me. « We stayed at this lovely North Auburn cabin from September 5–7 and had a great experience. The location was ideal — tucked away in the woods for a peaceful retreat, yet still close enough to downtown Sacramento, where we had plans for the weekend.The cabin itself has a cozy, rustic charm with impressive modern updates throughout. « Chambres bien équipées et propres. Restaurants et magasins a proximité. Parking petit et laverie pas assez équipee pour le nombre de chambres (1 lave linge et 1 seche linge). Nous avons du attendre assez longtemps que le lave linge et le seche linge se liberent. »

« Theres no continental breakfast., no swimm8ng pool for hot days. negative ... but there are places to eat breakfast. Dine and dash you need to get in your car, but TJs Roadhouse is 100 ft away. Other small places to eat across the street and downtown. Mama's kitchen downtown for quick breakfast like muffins, pastries Very pet friendly. Extra charge of course. Small outdoor area with table & chairs. Its a very old motel but comfortable. Have stayed twice. »

« Parking says guest parking only but we couldn’t find parking in the lot during the day and once we had a spot felt like we couldn’t leave or we wouldn’t have a spot when we returned, in the evening half the lot was empty leads me to believe anyone can and does park in the hotel “guest” parking during the day. The bathtub/shower tipped back and forth like a seesaw while taking a shower. They charge $20 “amenities fee” but there are no amenities to speak of. Restaurant couldn’t get a burger order...
