"BYO"everything". When we rented the place, there were pictures of a jacuzzi and pool. They didnt tell us that was under construction. The shower had hair all in it and uncleaned. So taking a hot bath was out of the question. The sliding door to the deck is unable to open. Bring all your own plates, utensils, pots , pans. And loud partiers at midnight on a weekday."

"The staff is so friendly and helpful. The landscaping is lovely and well maintained. The Happy Hour is very nice and we enjoyed chatting with other hotel guests. Breakfast is also very good with lots of healthy options. We really appreciate the sustainability aspect of the hotel. Love that there's a trash can in the bathroom AND the bedroom."

"Pros: Easy to get to, clean, food is within walking distance, affordable, had a microwave, fridge and dmall coffee pot Cons: Fire alarm wasnt mounted, hair dryer didn't work and one outlet had multiple plugs plug into an outlet extender that was a bit questionable"

"We found the stay at the motel to be quite enjoyable. We had a room with a queen bed in the main section of the room and another room with a 2nd queen bed. The room had everything that we needed. It is in walking distance to the downtown are with many shops and restaurants. This is a really good value."

"Parking was in the street or behind the building- you can only park for 3 hours at a time. On our last day of our stay we had to have our car removed at 0830 because Nevada City was having an event- which meant we had to leave early. There was no communication from staff about this. The room was very expensive for no ice or coffee for the room and no parking convenience. "
