Villa Darya is an exclusive seafront retreat located in Barcares, a peaceful coastal area near the historic town of Alcudia in Mallorca. With direct access to the water and breathtaking sea views, this villa offers a serene and elegant setting for an unforgettable island getaway. Surrounded by charming towns and beautiful beaches, it perfectly combines privacy, comfort, and Mediterranean charm.  
  
Ideal for families or groups of friends, Villa Darya features generous outdoor spaces designed for relaxation and togetherness. Guests can enjoy a private pool, jacuzzi, garden, and various chill-out areas, creating an atmosphere perfect for lounging, sunbathing, or napping in the sea breeze. The layout of the villa is thoughtfully divided to provide spacious, sunlit communal areas for socializing, as well as secluded zones that ensure peace and rest.  
  
At the heart of the villa, an open-concept living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area form a seamless living space that connects beautifully with the outdoors. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the interiors with natural light and provide uninterrupted sea views from nearly every corner of the house. The large front terrace is the centerpiece of outdoor living, complete with a pool, jacuzzi, and ample seating areas—all overlooking the sparkling Mediterranean.  
  
The lower level of the villa offers an additional lounge that serves as a tranquil space for yoga, meditation, or quiet moments. This area has direct access to the terrace and includes a private bathroom for added comfort.  
  
Upstairs, the villa houses four elegant double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Three of the bedrooms open onto a spacious shared balcony where guests can enjoy panoramic sea views and fresh ocean air. For even more outdoor space, the rooftop terrace offers sweeping views of the coastline and serves as a perfect setting for sunset gatherings or peaceful mornings.  
  
Villa Darya’s prime location allows direct access to the sea, with a small beach just 200 meters away—ideal for watching the sun dip below the horizon. Nearby, guests can discover quiet beaches such as those in Mal Pas, as well as the long, sandy stretch of Playa de Muro, which spans 11 kilometers along the Bay of Alcudia.  
  
The villa is just a 20-minute walk or short bike ride from Alcudia’s historic town center, or a quick 5-minute drive. A highly rated local restaurant is only 500 meters away. Alcudia is known for its beautifully preserved walled old town, charming cobbled streets, and excellent Mallorcan cuisine. Just 10 kilometers away lies Pollença, a picturesque town nestled at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains—a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its stunning natural landscapes and traditional island character.
