The downstairs media room boasts a large flat-screen TV, setting the scene for the ultimate movie marathon. For even more entertainment, head to the game room. Cue up at the pool table for some friendly competition or grab a barstool to watch your favorite sports team on the TV. Continue the fun at the poker table in the upstairs loft, or opt for the attached family room which boasts two flat-screen TVs. Play video games on one TV and catch your favorite show on the other - there’s something for everyone to enjoy!

- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The HOA has lakes and other highly sought after amenities and is welcoming of guests and does have a 24/7 security gate. To permit access the HOA requires we submit a list of names of all guests several days in advance, with a maximum of 10 for this home.
- A late fee of $100 will apply for community registrations made less than 2 days before arrival.
- The community amenity rules and schedule are subject to potential changes, particularly in the event of unforeseen circumstances, as determined by the community.
- This home is under the Indian Mountain Lake community. Guest registration upon check is required. We will send more details about this requirement after the reservation is confirmed.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
