We stayed in winter so community facilities were not available which is clear in listing. Kitchen was well stocked with all necessary items for cooking and eating. Appliances were all available. Laundry was convenient on 1 st floor. Beds were comfortable. Kids loved air hockey. It takes 8 min to get out of gated community....

« My brothers and I stayed at Paul's place for our annual sibling trip and it was absolutely perfect for us. The beds and furniture are comfortable, the open concept living/kitchen area is very social and the front porch is relaxing in a beautiful, peaceful setting. We saw tons of deer and wildlife. Paul is extremely easy to reach with any questions and could not have been a better host. We were completely comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Thank you! »

« Overall we had a good stay. Host was responsive and kind. The home was overall in good shape and was clean inside. The biggest complaint we had was that the parking area and outside decks were a mess. The driveway has a few washed out ruts that are a hazard especially at night, and the decks were covered in leaves and branches. The branches on the deck with the hotub were very uncomfortable to step on while getting out. This seems like a minor thing but ultimately its an easy thing to correct...

« Finding a place for 10 along with pets in our price range can be a difficult search! But this property fit our needs perfectly with a hot tub and pool table as a bonus!! Five stars for cleanliness for sure!! We had 3 teenage boys and 3 adult outdoorsmen so being close to other properties was the only downfall! This driving distance to Blue Mountain was great...the reason for our stay! We knew Chris was always available and his checking in on us (message through VRBO) was greatly...

« The place was perfect size for our family and friends. The house is in a great location. My only issues is the home needs some updating, the sliding glass door to the deck was very hard to open and close. Other than that it was great place for a great price! Especially since it rained some when we were there so the game room kept the kids very busy! »

« Surprised my husband with a weekend get away with mother-in-law, Daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter, and family pet (Otis, Great Dane)…met son, daughter-in-law, grandson in Jim Thorpe for a train ride Saturday. Friday night we ate at Baby Boomers which was 6 minutes away and returned Saturday for breakfast!!! So delicious and all enjoyed the chef’s cooking & large portions. « Property was great and the nature around us was amazing. The mile walk we did from the house was amazing as we saw a fox and multiple deer and spots to view the beautiful creek. Super relaxing. We had cooler weather in the front end of the stay and 80s by the time we left. Fire place would have been great for the cooler times but we couldn’t get it to light but that might have been us since we aren’t used to propane. Decor was amazing and house was very clean.
