I was in town working at the hospital and this was a perfect place to stay! It was clean and super convenient. I was nervous about one of the prior comments but I found it to be completely untrue. The property was clean and the host was super available and helpful. It’s not crazy luxurious and it is an old house, but it was great value for the price and exactly what I was looking for. I will be recommending to coworkers in the area.Thanks for having me!

We cannot give positive review. There were too many issues with the stay. Firstly, there was black mold in the bathroom and on the front of the house. The stairway and platform leading to the stay were beginning to rust and the platform itself is beginning to tilt on an angle. The apartment had a mildew smell to it which stuck to our clothes and luggage. The water pressure in the bathroom shower was terrible, the shower head was old and needed cleaning. Both the hot and cold water knobs in the shower need attention as both were hard to turn and the cold water knob didn't want to turn at first. The shower curtain was stained as were the bath towels. In the kitchen, one of the draws was false and the door came off in our hand. The lawn was overgrown, as was the "off-street" parking spot provided. There was debris and metal pieces in that spot as well. We did not park there for fear of puncturing a tire. There was trash outside everywhere. Where the trash receptacles were on the side of the house were overflowing and looked like they haven't been set out in a while. In addition we had to purchase hand soap for the bathroom. The AC unit itself had mold on it as well as covering the filter. The overhead fan in the bedroom did not work. The overhead light in the living room and kitchen the light bulbs need to be replaced as they were extremely dim. The property needs serious attention. Tried to request an early check in however the host didn't get back to us until an hour before.

Beautiful Stay

I had a lovely stay at this Vrbo. The unit is on the upstairs level and is stocked with anything you may need for your visit. The in-unit laundry was a lifesaver as this was the final leg of a longer trip for me. Check in and check out were made very simple. I would absolutely be willing to stay here again.
