As an example, we first had some challenges locking the tiny house door, and Elizabeth wrote us right back with help. The house is adorable and on a very quiet, woodsy lot. It is a good value for the money with a nice bathroom. The heat and AC work well. The expectations for check out are also very relaxed, which is refreshing! The house is advertised as having a loft bedroom (the picture makes it appear non-loft-like, but the text does indeed say it is a loft), a master bedroom and can sleep a 3rd party on the pull-out couch. The stairs to the loft bedroom, however, are surprisingly steep. There is a sign that alerts guests that if they have mobility issues, they should not use the stairs, which is good.
