Villa Calatrava, is a magnificent villa located very close to Lake Bolarque. A unique environment, in the Sierra de Altomira, surrounded by pines, holm oaks and strawberry trees.
You have a plot of over 2000m2 with Mediterranean garden and Zen design, you have the "Bar El Mirador" with its barbecue area at the edge of the pool, where you can enjoy on its terrace the breathtaking views of "Altomira" and its night skies.
The house has 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and 1 triple equipped with bedding and wardrobes) with capacity for 9 people. Two full bathrooms (Shower and bathtub)

A living room with French fireplace and table for 8 people, armchairs and sofa.

Stunning family villa home
Ricardo and parents gave us such a warm and hospitable welcome and stay in their stunning family villa, thank you! The photos do not show the full beauty and location of the property on the urbanisation. The outside area for the weather was superb and the house facilities great. Local village has good amenities to ensure an excellent well stocked holiday. The views, walks and lake beach excellent. With the exceptional heat, fans in the house would have eased the discomfort but the fly screens for the windows certainly helped. Thanks for a great family holiday and welcome treats with your prompt and help advice when needed.

Maravillosa finca para pasar unas vacaciones en familia.
Dar las gracias a Ricardo y a su familia por poner su vivienda familiar a nuestra disposición. La comunicación, disponibilidad y acogida de Ricardo perfecta, no se puede hacer mejor. En cuanto a la finca es tal y como se describe en el anuncio, tal y como demuestra en las fotos. Cocina completa con todo su menaje, barbacoa, chimeneas,... Pero de lo que más hemos disfrutado ha sido de su magnifica piscina y sus terrazas. Para repetir. Las vistas de las puestas de sol maravillosas, y algunos días durante el desayuno pudimos ver ardillas. El único que no es achacable a la finca ha sido el calor anormal y no habitual en la zona y que se ha hecho notar en la vivienda. Espero volver a disfrutar de la finca.

Una zona exterior impresionante.
Casa que nos ha gustado mucho sobre todo por la zona exterior que tiene y que las fotos no le hacen justicia. Está en una urbanización enorme en extensión que resulta sorprendente, puesto que no parece una urbanización en plena sierra y la verdad es que el enclave es chulisimo. La casa creo que tiene una de las mejores vistas de la zona ya que está en una zona elevada y desde la zona de la piscina y terraza con barra hay unas vistas panorámicas sublimes. Además toda la amplia zona de estancia está en llano lo que resulta muy cómodo. El mobiliario de jardín está también muy bien y hay de todo. La parcela es muy grande y la zona trasera de la casa también está muy bien pero no la usamos. Barbacoa, horno, barra, bodega de abajo, etc son de sobresaliente. La casa por dentro se nota que es en plan casa familiar y resulta bastante correcta. Tiene 2 salones que no usamos ya que nos hizo buen tiempo. El dueño muy amable y atento y nos dejó un “welcome pack” que fue todo un detallazo. Además en la casa hay de todo tipo de productos de limpieza, aceite, sal y 1000 detalles de esos que siempre hacen falta. Toda la zona del Bolarque para hacer excursiones está muy bien también: playa-piraguas, club náutico, presa del Salto del Bolarque, etc. Hay un mirador también en la urbanización que es una pasada cómo se ven los 2 lados de la sierra y la altura a la que se llega. En definitiva una casa muy recomendable y particular y que nos ha sorprendido gratamente.
