"I stay in a wide variety of accommodations all around the world. And unfortunately, the only word I can really use to describe this day is yucky. It was me my husband and our adult daughter and we needed an overnight accommodation so we could be near an event. The room was dirty, there was mold in the bathroom, a huge gap where the AC was installed that let all of the outside in including noise and smoke and smells and cold. The toilet paper only had two sheets left on it when we got into the bathroom and the coffee machine didn’t work. The overall state of the room was just sort of light gross. The location is amazing. The staff was fine but there’s absolutely no way I would stay here again. "

"We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite - for others that would like to know there are 2 queen bed bedrooms on the main level with living room and kitchen. Upstairs is the king bed bedroom, bathroom, den/living room, and the jacuzzi tub. The jacuzzi is NOT in it's own private area so anyone who walks up the stairs can see it. it's outside of the king bedroom. Was a spacious place. Clean. Wish we had a broom to sweep the sand in the kitchen after the beach. Indoor pool was fun and warm enough in early April but bring goggles - the chlorine killed the kids eyes (and my hair). Staff was helpful via email before arrival and nice in person. Quiet stay during our time. My kids all loved the space, comfort, and TVs :)"

"This hotel has a fabulous location regarding Lake Winnipesaukee. I stayed there in March of 2025 and 2026 and both times paid a "resort fee" which consisted of nothing. The hotel staff were very nice. My room was clean, but run down. The furniture was scratched, gauged, and set up on blocks of wood. I will say the linens were clean, the amenities were so-so. This hotel is taking advantage of its central location. In March, location doesn't matter. No one is going to enjoy the lake, the beach, the boating, everything New Hampshire has to offer in summer months during the month of March. "
