« The property was clean and well-kept, and very stylish! The hosts had impeccable communication and even had a welcome guide complete with how to operate their fancy thermostat! Pet-friendly, and our dogs loved the back area for walks, even if they weren't so fond of the open staircase! If you are a lighter sleeper, the front bedroom does have some noise from the road in front the house on Friday nights, but it wasnt bad after I got off to sleep. »

« This was the second time my husband and I stayed at Trailside Hotel, and unfortunately this was a drastically different experience than the first. Upon arrival, the door to our room (room 101) was left opened which we thought was odd. After being in the room with the door closed for a while, we noticed a musty smell starting to fill the room. « It's the perfect place to be right near the opening of the state park. There're food and things to do right down the street. I couldn't recommend it enough. »

« Well, it is a small place right on the trail. No front desk but the connected grocery store was very helpful. Check in was a breeze, although leaving my bike in the lobby made me nervous. Thankfully a helpful staff person assured me it would be ok and it was! While the store doesn't sell beer, they pointed me to a little restaurant bar two blocks away and James the bartender was the best. Good burger, fries, and cold beer! Bed was comfy, ac worked great and the Roku TV worked. Oh and the little...
