"Overall, my experience at Hotel Tropicana was positive, although there are definitely some areas that need improvement.
The best part of the hotel is its location — right on the beach, with stunning ocean views and direct access to the sand. It's perfect for relaxing without needing to go far. The hotel also offers a great selection of restaurants, both on-site and nearby, with plenty of variety to suit different tastes.
The casino is another highlight — lively, well-maintained, and a fun way to spend your evenings without leaving the hotel. The beach area is clean and well-serviced, making it a great place to unwind during the day.
However, there are some downsides that are hard to overlook. The bathrooms and room finishes are quite outdated, which detracts from the overall comfort and feel of the stay. A renovation would go a long way in modernizing the guest experience.
The most frustrating part of our stay was the elevator situation during check-out. We had to wait 20 to 30 minutes just to catch an elevator due to overcrowding. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress, especially for guests with scheduled flights or transport. It's an issue the hotel urgently needs to address, either by improving elevator logistics or increasing capacity.
In summary, Hotel Tropicana has a lot of potential thanks to its prime beachfront location, dining options, and entertainment. But to truly elevate the guest experience, it needs to modernize its rooms and fix the elevator delays dur"

" This property was perfect for our extended family of 14. The layout of the house is excellent. The kitchen is well equipped. Meal seating at the dinette table and island counter worked well for our group.There was a generous supply of beach towels and beach chairs. The beach carts were a huge help for our walk to the beach. The Brigantine beach, with lifeguards, was perfect for our grandkids, who ranged in age from 3 to 11.Brian, the owner, is incredibly caring and responsive. Any minor issues/ concerns get addressed immediately. He wants you to have a great experience, and we certainly did. It was our first visit to Brigantine, but won’t be our last. "
"Check in with smooth and easy. The house is beautiful. We loved the decks. We had plenty of room for my family of 16 to celebrate my 70th birthday. Everyone had a good time kitchen fantastic lots of equipment housekeeping did a lovely job. The house was fresh and clean when we got there. Great location close to the beach and within easy walking distance of some good ice cream"
"I like it because it was right on the beach, staff was accommodating and friendly.
Parking was difficult only when the restaurant was open and people used valet parking-our car would be blocked in and we had to ask that the car be moved to another space. That was an inconvenience. Other than that, our stay was great."
