"The front desk receptionist on check in was awesome. The grounds seemed to be maintained properly. The water in the shower was another story. Smelled like sewage water. We were only staying over one night but I couldn't take a shower in that water and feel safe. The neighborhood it's located in seemed like it was an old motel 6 that was bought and some cheap pictures hung on the wall. You can hear other guests in the rooms next door. The door had a 1/2" gap in the frame where you could see the light from outside."

This location is only sightly more off-beat than the stays near Old Town area but at a much lower rate, and it's not terribly far from Disney or Universal."
