« The condo is beautifully decorated and well maintained. The grounds for The Cloisters area are well maintained and parked is closely available. The owner is available and welcoming. The condo has updated furniture and appliances. A large bedroom with soft bed and beautiful bathroom with walk in shower. We loved having the Biltmore Fashion mall close by & within walking distance. We highly recommend this property. »

« Cozy and clean. Great communication with manager. Info was clear. Nice kitchen! We have stayed at this property (different unit) before and love the heated pool and hot tub. Pretty landscaping around pool. Another comfy chair or loveseat in living room would be nice. Bathroom had a missing towel bar - that would be good to fix. Really appreciated being allowed to check in early. Thanks! »

« Great location and property for adults. Kitchen was well equipped which i appreciated. I had a long stay so washer dryer and kitchen were important. The smoke alarms were chirping when I arrived and someone came immediately to change batteries. I gave it 4 stars for cleanliness due to the rugs need some attention. »

« The property was everything shown and more. I had trouble getting in initially but the onsite mgr addressed the matter super fast. Thanks, Chris. Great location and the lodgings were absolutely perfect. Love the kitchen and new cookware. Bed was comfortable and FIRM (a good thing). The only negative is the patio lights being on all night just outside the sleeping area makes sleeping a challenge. Lights out at 11 would be a huge plus. »
