"Hotel deco looking tired, corridor carpets dirty, doesn't supply 2 room entry cards per couple, bathrooms towels are old & frayed. The duty manager appeared to be cold and unwelcoming. "The staff at reception and the restaurant were exceptionally warm and friendly and helpful. But the room was not worth the money. Glass sliding window could not be locked and it was a minor security threat. Tap on the bathroom sink was loose. The white mat on bathroom floor was dirty and someone had kept it folded just not to show the stains. Breakfast buffet is inr 350 and some items were not very fresh, could improve. Overall still good, but there's room to grow. Would go again if nearby...

"The food/buffet was very nice, very well managed by executive chef Manoj and his staff. They took great care of my kid who was being very picky. Housekeeping was great. It would be great if they can provide accommodation and good restrooms to drivers. Our driver could not sleep and had to drive 90 Kim’s to his home to sleep."
