"Day1. Greeted by the lovely Beyoncé at the Front Desk. Check in was smooth and quick (arrived 3;30pm). 4pm attended Welcome ceremony with Dr. D the Facility Director. "I have not one complaint about our stay here. It’s big but not too big where the staff doesn’t know your name. The restaurants were all good. Drinks were good. Bed was comfortable. We had a small issue with a leak and the ac but it was fixed within an hour of telling the front desk about it. Property is beautiful. Beach was never overcrowded. We will definitely be returning next year! "

"Divi is the nicest resort on the island. It's been 25 years since we've been and Oceans at Divi has been added since as well the newer pools, pureocean restaurant, Gizmo's and Slice. The resort is beautiful, safe, comfortable, and has everything you could possibly want except room service. This was the only service we wish was offered that we thoroughly enjoyed at other all-inclusives we've experienced. We gave staff only 4 stars as we encountered a few very unfriendly staff members as well...
