Living room and dining room areas are very comfortable. 2nd bedroom: frame is a queen size but mattress is king size; also, no box spring under mattress so mattress is floppy and slides around. Sat on edge of mattress and fell on to the floor because there isn’t anything there to support the mattress. Frame and headboard aren’t attached. Makes bed uncomfortable and unsafe. « We enjoyed our four day stay at this property. Easy quick walk to the beach from our house, great seafood at Skinner's within a 6 minute ish drive. I'll bring bug spray next time so we can enjoy the deck in the evenings a bit more without mosquitoes attacking, but that was a minor drawback! »

« The house was beautiful and roomy. The views from both front and back are lovely. The back yard is a postcard perfect view, as you walk out to the water, there is even a little patch of beach. It was quite windy. In early February, it was quite chilly but warmed up to low 60s if the sun came out. The house was chilly. We stayed in the off season, so it was very quiet and peaceful there.
