10/10 Excellent

"L'hôtel est super bien localisée, près de central Parc et dans un tres beau quartier. A notre arrivée, nous avions une chambre standard (603). Il y avait une tres forte odeur d'humidité, les tapis semblaient sales. Le robinet de la douche etait brisé donc il ny avait pas d'eau!!! On a voulu contacter la réception mais le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas! Nous avons descendu a la réception et ils nous ont dit qu'un employé de l'entretien viendrait pour réparer la douche et que si cetait impossible nous allions etre déplacé de chambre. Après 20 minutes l'employé n'était toujours pas venu. On a donc décidé de payer un upgrade pour une meilleure chambre (926). Lit king, beaucoup plus grande, vue sur la ville et tres propre..je reviendrais a cet hôtel mais plus jamais dans une chambre standard!"

"We treated like royalty at the Hotel Edison. They were so accommodating and worked with us to be certain our two rooms were relatively close to each other, on the same floor. The breakfast included was perfect for us. We had two rooms and five travelers. The policy is two breakfasts per room per day. Since we had three in one room, the front desk person gave us more vouchers for the grandchild traveling with us. I recommend Hotel Edition if you want to stay in Mid Manhattan Times Square"

"The hotel is well located on a quiet street. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The first room we were in was moderately clean but the second room we got moved to (the first room didn't have hot water in the shower so they gave us a different room) was spotless. Hotel bed was super comfortable and the room was very peaceful with nice views from the 12th floor. We had breakfast there as well and it was excellent."

"Taking into account of the age of the hotel, the small areas that needed improvement are to be expected. There were some places where the wallpaper was peeling but that is all that I could find. The staff was great. The location was really great. Just down the road, maybe a block and a half from the the Moynihan Train Hall. The subway was on the same block just around the corner. The Empire State Building, Madison Square Garden and Time Square were all with in walking distance. If I get back to NYC again, I would definately stay there, again."
