"Overall excellent service. "

"There were giant roaches on both days of my stay. The very first night I had only been in the room about 10 minutes and a massive roach was in the room. I called the front desk and they said there was no one there that would help me, so I had to get rid of it on my own. The second day I was walking in the hallway and someone was cleaning the floors and again a giant roach was in the middle of the hallway. That’s the worst feeling when you’re staying somewhere because the last thing you want is to bring home critters with you from a hotel stay. Do not recommend zero out of 10. And the worst part is when I reported it no one did anything to even try to make it better or accommodate my stay at all. It was like oh well that’s just what it is here and of course now you’ve paid and you’ve booked the room and you’re there so it doesn’t leave you with a lot of options. Terrible do not recommend."

"Had a nice happy hour "

"Old hotel with dated furnishings and decor, but for $80 and a huge room with a king size bed, it was a good value. Clean, very nice staff, and perfectly located off the freeway. Next to a train track, but only heard one train about 9am. It does have a continental breakfast bar, but offerings are scant and not appetizing. Good for a quick stay while traveling. Lots of 'buts'."

"The staff was wonderful! Our room was very good & clean. Lots of amenities we didn’t expect! It had a large refrigerator, microwave and small stove top to cook . Dishes and small sink to clean up!"

"We went to breakfast, and there were no eggs or bacon left. The staff said they were out of eggs, but did make some more bacon. They had not replenished a lot of the items."

"Great Stay and close to everything"

"They haven't updated the plugs to give no block charging. The beds are a bit hard. So if you want a soft sleep not happening. The breakfast is simple but good minus the juice, it watered down. "

"Wonderful staff. Front desk is efficient and kind. Room was clean and properly prepared. I left an item. Hospitality took to the time to retrieve it. Love the text message checkout option. Only downside is how much upgrading the property needs. The grounds are kept well, but the building is aged beyond repair. "
