"I liked the room and the hotel amenities especially having a 7-11 in the hotel. Room was small but typical for Japan. The check in was not good. One person taking in all the luggage while four staff members just stand at the front desk not helping at all. Then when you check in you have to do it on a machine the front desk people don’t even help with that. Total cluster…. The hotel plays super annoying music in the lobby which you can hear through the door of your room 24 hours a day when sleeping. Good location."
