« ... at night, as there was a lot of wind, the windows were making a whistle sound that was really annoying when trying to sleep. Else, it was really good! »

« Staff was nearly non-existent. You call from the desk if you need someone. They seemed bothered, even though I had a reservation and they should have been expecting me. Bar of hand soap and zero extras; towels with questionable stains; TV trite 'not set up',most outlets didn't work - I unplugged the TV to charge my phone. »

« Quality suites near west acres very poor service from the receptionist ⁃ firstly she can't find our name in the reservation that was made. It took him about 30 minutes to find. ⁃ Secondly the amount was charged twice at two different amounts ⁃ Thirdly she gave us a room which was already occupied ⁃ Fourth, she never apologized for her mistake and she laughed about this situation. »

« Booked do the hot tub an it was closed. Took an hour to get into the room because it wasn’t ready at check in. We had places to be. The room itself was mostly clean, except for the candy and crumbs in the heating/AC vent. Expedia tried to call and they ignored the calls. Bed was SO uncomfortable could feel the springs in it. »

« We utilized the party room and the pool for a kids party and then stayed the night. All the staff were friendly, rooms were clean and breakfast was good. We have utilized the party room several times, this year the pool was the coldest it has been. My kids along with friends didnt swim long, and the hot tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. »
