« Excellent location and property. Although we didn't use the pool- it was welcoming. The breakfast, complimentary, was excellent. Loved the Gibbs restaurant ok n the property. This will be our go to property in Redding. »

« Nice, quite and clean room up stairs lot of privacy. Definitely come back if needed for traveling »

« We had our dog and stayed in a room on the second floor near the flagpole/main entrance to parking lot. We were near a stairway and door outside - making dog walks easy. The room was clean but there was the overwhelming chemical odor when entering for the first time - we had the a/c fan going to try to air it out. The a/c unit was loud - as typical. We decided to turn it off to sleep - but the highway noise picked up in the early hours making it difficult. Breakfast ends at 9:30 am -...

« Parfait accueil belle chambre »

« DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Tv, wifi, and phone didn't work in the room. Floors were disgusting, water didn't work in bathtub, I made multiple complaints. No one was on site, not even another guest which was super weird. Owner/management yelled at me over the phone and threatened to come beat me, called me multiple names as well. Cops were called of course nothing could be done in their end. I left the property for my safety »

« The place is run down and neglected. Attention to detail, many items in the room showed obvious signs of neglect. The breakfast was good and the staff was excellent, but the mattress was also lumpy and very uncomfortable. Fair price for what you received. They had me on the first floor and the people above me were very loud all night. »
