Even though I got an email asking if I wanted my room serviced and I replied yes (plus put the sign on the door requesting service) the room wasn’t cleaned. Left for the day and beds were still unmade, no fresh towels, down to a roll of toilet paper, coffee pods and creamer not stocked. "
