« I am extremely disappointed with the experience my family had at your hotel. I was unable to make the trip, so I gave my reservation to my sister and her three children, including her youngest, who is only 4 years old, so they could enjoy a staycation.
After spending the day out, they returned to the hotel only to be locked out of their room for over five hours. Staff repeatedly promised that maintenance was on the way and they would be back in their room shortly, but those promises were never...

« The staff was helpful as we checked in and after we'd checked out and discovered we'd left my cane in the room. The young man at the desk made it possible for us to retrieve it and be on our way without spending a lot of time. Everything we needed for breakfast was available with someone there to help if we needed something.It appeared that the interior had recently been refurbished and looked very nice and contemporary. »

« One of our lamps did not work. They said we can see if we can find another one. They never followed through with it. Fridge did not work. There was food left in it and it was dirty.
Laundry was broke.
There were NO SMOKING signs posted but plenty of smoking going on! It was gross and smelly!!!
