« We had to switch rooms as we were placed in an a Joining room we weren’t aware of. The staff was wonderful and provided us with the only room they had left which was a king. Unfortunately that meant my husband, son and myself all had to share a bed. The room was not clean, light fixtures were off, it smelled like someone was smoking weed LITERALLY right outside of our door. We also had to deal with people running up and down the hall all night. « Run down hotel with no microwave, refrigerator or coffee out in the room as stated. The staff was not friendly to my son and his family while they stayed there for 8 nights in the middle of moving from one home to another. They stared at them everytime they went to use the microwave to heat up the food that they had to eat. If they asked for a towel, they would give him one, knowing that there was 4 people in the room. I, paying for the room for them and buying them food that they could cook in...
