« Outside and lobby were nice and clean. Check in lady was very friendly and genuine. I arrived late (10:30pm) and was told there was only second floor rooms left. Totally fine, but there is no elevator at this property. I was traveling with pets so lots of trips up and down the stairs to the room/car. I was also given a room right at the top of the steps, which seemed nice to not have to walk more, but the door to the stairs is very heavy and slams closed. And since there’s no elevators that door...

« Upon arrival, there was no staff present, nor did I see any staff the entire stay. A virtual agent appeared on a kiosk after about 15 of waiting. The room was filthy. Dirty sheets, smears of white stuff on the mirror and the bathroom was the worst. “Continental Breakfast “ was toast and dry cereal. 0/10 recommend »
