"Friendly staff and good price "
My partner and I stayed one night to fly out of SeaTac the next morning. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean had basic accommodations as I expected for the low price. I slept just fine but my partner had trouble with the noise of cars and occasional plane. So ear buds could be helpful for light sleepers. The shuttle runs every half hour as long as you call the desk for a request 15 min in advance. The shuttle trip was only about 10 min and the driver was friendly. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

"Unusual experience in the U District"
We booked this hotel for an overnight stay, not realizing that it was a Hostel, and that there was no parking! My grandson had an appointment at Children's Hospital the next day so the location looked really great. We were surprised to find that it was the type of establishment that it is. The place is very quaint and the room had large windows and a window seat. Although it has taken me 69 years to do it, I can now say that I stayed in a Hostel. We found a parking lot two blocks away to store our car, and then proceeded to walk around the district. There are 4 floors in this old hotel, and we stayed on the second floor. Luckily, I have no problem doing stairs, as there was no elevator. The rooms are neat and clean, and the bathroom is down the hall. (also neat and clean). Wifi reception was very good in our room. We really had a great time and enjoyed breakfast on the fourth floor the next morning. For a really different experience, try this! People who do this seem to be very respectful and quiet.

"Close to Seattle Center and Downtown!"
Coming from Vegas, this hotel reminds me a lot of the old, smokey, musty hotels of Downtown. Don't expect the Four Seasons when you check in bc it's not! But, for what you pay, it's comfortable, clean enough AND right next to Seattle Center and about a 15 minute walk to the Market, Capitol Hill, and Kerry Park. As an FYI, there is construction right next door; the noise wasn't too loud for us, but if you're a light sleeper then maybe it will bug you. Another FYI, they charge a $100 deposit for damages upon check-in, which would've been nice to know beforehand. Otherwise, the stay was worth it!

"Convenient to the airport."
The hotel is quite old. They keep it as clean as possible, although the breakfast room floor needed a thorough mopping. The breakfast area is unstaffed and when something runs out, you must go to the front desk to get what is needed replenished.

"Nice hotel, close to airport"
Check-in was at 3 pm but I arrived early and the hotel accommodated my request to check-in a few hours early. I was picked up from the airport right away. For the price, the experience exceeded my expectations - friendly staff, price-wise, a few blocks from the airport, good on security. The next day I needed to go to downtown, the staff was nice enough to drop me off to the airport so I could catch the train. I actually ended up staying another night.
