"Apartment #2 was spacious, comfortable, modern, and pretty well equipped and we really enjoyed our time there. The setting was quiet and only an easy 3-5 mile drive to restaurants and wineries. The only disappointments were that there was no coffee filters, facial tissue, and only 2 rolls of toilet paper. The check-in was electronic and there is no personnel on site to assist in any way. "Booked for a week encompassing the wine festival in Bernkastel-Kues and as a base for cycling along the Moselle river. The apartment was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and very helpful. Good walks nearby through the vineyards were well signposted. "The front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly. The fact that the hotel overlooked the track was easily the best part! The rooms were decent sized and clean except for showers...the tile grout was extremely dirty/moldy. We apparently went in the off season so there was not a lot open but we could watch people doing practice laps while we ate breakfast!!"

My only problem was we didn't realize that we had to request room service on line so we had to ask for clean towels because we missed the opportunity to have cleaning service. "
