Appartements à Station de métro 170th Street

« Disappointing Stay Unfortunately, the apartment wasn't quite what we expected based on the photos advertised on Expedia, which we felt were misleading. The apartment was darker, smaller and more dated than it appeared online. The road noise from the front bedroom was quite significant, with sirens and garbage trucks throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The air conditioner barely worked and was very loud, and the dishwasher was not working during our stay. The fold-out...

« Appartement très propre et très bien équipé mais très bruyant.Bouchons d’oreilles indispensables pour dormir.Pièce principale fort peu lumineuse. Beaucoup de difficultés pour avoir de l’eau chaude »

« For a family with teenagers who love to go-go-go, this was a great location. Walking distance to Central Park (10 min walk) and Times Square (30min walk). If you dont like walking, there is MTA 3 blocks away. Quick train rides to get to the Staten Island Ferry, 9/11 museum, MET, times square....anywhere. It also had plenty of room with three showers and 5 bedrooms. The pictures are true, the price is very reasonable for the location and size. Highly recommend. »

« The place was very clean but felt quite bizarre starting with the door of the apartment which had many coats of black and white paint and papers ripped and sticking here and there. It really looked quite scary. What made the apartment feel bizarre was there was no real living room. It did NOT have a couch or table as in the photo on line. The previous living room and dining room had been turned into a bedroom which had two large (double or queen) beds and the bunk bed (as pictured) with a...

« The room was clean and in a great location. The apartment is only accessible via staircase. The hosts are responsive and helpful. Thanks! »

« Great space, comfortable beds and very easy to communicate with! »

« Good evening Christian! Just to say a huge thank you for the studio. Everything was perfect, the location, the cleanliness, etc. Also the parking was easy to access. By far the best trip to New York for me to date. »

« We were 4 brothers to stay in this apartment perfectly situated next to Central Park and Times Square. The apartment is very quiet and comfortable. The owner is nice and gives clear information. Thank you! »

« The room was clean and the location was excellent. We were not informed about the "short stay" fee of 92 until check-in. That should have either been included in our fee for the room, or we should have been told about it prior to checking in at the desk. »

« The apartment is everything as noted in the description. It’s quite large and feels even bigger with its 10 foot ceilings and 8 foot doors. It’s half a block to subway entrance for multiple lines to go anywhere in the city, a little more than two blocks to the entrance for Central Park to personally enjoy and also walk the dogs. We had a fabulous time staying there. »

« Great location, walkable, safe and spacious. Host is very easy and quick to communicate.Communication can be improved on a few areas- no pull out coach as described. Appreciated late check out for a small fee but frustrating that our key card was not extended and the cleaners kept knocking and were not notified. However host was very quick to answer & remedy the issue. Lovely stay, would certainly stay again! »

« We loved the centrally located neighborhood. It was quiet and convenient. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Charlene was an absolute gem to work with. Highly recommend this place. »

« Good safe place in NYC. Only 2 elevator was working and they at times had guests use service elevator competing with service staff (read trash services) for use. Had free umbrella in room for rain. Good shower small room. »

« The listing was spot on. Cleanliness was amazing and the concierge service through the app was phenomenal. I would stay again! »

« Giampiero and his team (Hi Angela) were fantastic! This property is perfectly located on the UES convenient to subway lines and Central Park. We loved our stay so much that we’re coming back next year.Look no further …you found the right place ! »
