The front desk and all the staff around the front desk are super nice ,friendly and helpful. Very impressed.
We stayed there for 3 nights after the cruise. At night saw the note for the towel replacement and linen replacement need to let the front desk know. So I let them know that I need the towel change daily and no need to change linen daily the next day morning.
When I came back at night, the towels was changed, but the room service didn’t tidy up the bed, garbage cans almost full, coffee cups still sitting on the counter used. After a full day out, come back to your room and saw that, it was real disappointed. So my wife went down and told the front desk that make sure tidy up the room properly next day. The front desk girl asked My wife to tell her one by one what need to be done in the room and she marked it down. I’m not sure if that’s the way how Japanese hotel works. But sure different from all the hotel I’ve been to at all other countries.
The next day, the room service did a good job
