We trying to explain after you report about missing a piece of clothing we check our door lock log and only housekeeper went in your room do the stay over service and take out used towels from your room we even check with laundry and our staff don't find anything .Please accept our sincere apology for anything that was not right for you. She did inform let me go and check the laundry cart down stairs as soon she find immediately back to the room and return to the person present in the room. Is not her intention to stole your phone charger as while stripping the bed is come with sheets to laundry room.
