« We found the location of the condo very convenient, just a stone's throw away from the BTS, supermarket and a small neighborhood mall. Response to our questions and requests from the property owner was fast and efficient. Definitely would recommend the condo for anyone who is looking for a descent and reasonably priced neighbourhood to stay. »

« Petit studio dans une grande résidence thai au calme , avec piscine et salle de sport... A 10 mn à pied du métro aérien bts 'samrong' et du grand centre commercial 'imperial' , ou 2 mn en taxi moto pour 20 bath... logement bien pour 2 personne en couple avec éventuellement 1 enfant ( 1 lit sup fournis ). »

« You should explain to customers clearly about car park because you have to pay for and how to pay! So unhelpful for the staff who is in the front. I understand that we have self check in but why did you have front staff there for. Security speak very bad to us about car park. Not good communication. We are book for 4 nights but when first we check in and then we check out straightaway. We feeling bad about this building and never think to go back to stay there again! We are paying to stay there...

« The view is amazing; beautiful sunrises. Condo development that is like it’s own little village. A little ways away from main areas, but very easy to get transportation. It’s actually nice to be in a quieter area at night. Landlord is very accessible and responsive. We did have an issue with one of the two bathrooms that could not be fully resolved, I think because it was New Year’s weekend, but we did fine with second bathroom. »

« The room's wooden floor was clean. We utilised the washing machine in the room and it worked well. Location was close to Phrom Phong BTS, and the shopping mall, Emporium. Basic amenities provided in the room were good. »

« Proche des canaux (pour se rendre vers le Grand Palais par exemple). Un peu loin (7 mn env) du BTS (mais tuk-tuk gratuit pour s'y rendre, et pour revenir à condition d'avoir un téléphone). rien à dire au niveau confort, propreté, tout est très récent. Pas grand chose pour se restaurer dans ce quartier, il vaut mieux prendre le BTS. »
