« Much of the typical Lake George activities were closed since we visited during April, but we were very happy to stay here and will definitely return! It was the perfect space for us two (with extra to fit an additional friend or 2). Owner provided towels, pans, grill, coffee, etc for the stay which is greatly appreciated. It was close distance to anywhere we needed to go for groceries, activities, stores! Sad to go but I look forward to future travels here :) »

« Came for 3 days to visit Cornell with my daughter and this home was perfect. Small, yet not lacking anything, rustic but lacking none of the modern tech. The backyard waterful, fire pit and views are worth the stay alone. Would definitely stay again. »

The hosts are extremely accommodating and go above and beyond with small details to insure their guests have a wonderful experience. « Highland Cottage is a great local stay in Lake Placid. Yes, the bed is up in the loft and you can’t stand up, but that was no issue for us. We loved the place and will be back. »

« Tout était vraiment parfait, très propre,tout est neuf! Bon lit et literie! Vaiselle, chaudron,tout ,café fourni, produits de douche etc. Stationnement gratuit sur place. Tout tel que les photos. Nous avions unité 2, très satisfaite. Situé à 5 min en auto du village de LakePlacid.(ou le parking est permis partout moyennant un petit $1.50 à $3 sur parcomètres (gratuit après 18h) Vraiment pas cher pour stationner Il y a un liquor store l'autre côté de la rue et une épicerie aussi.
