Big favorite for the hotel and its staff. The concierge is super friendly and gives excellent explanations. Pei at reception was extraordinary, very attentive to our requests. The lunch was excellent, the rooms are very clean, the hotel is well located.

We will come back for sure. The hotel is beautiful, the view is amazing, best location and the personal is great and caring, We met Kevin in the lobby. I was taken pictures of my daughter. He converted a great stay into an unforgettable stay!!!! Thank you so much ! My daughter loves gossip girl and he made her dreams come true by taking her in the best spots, sharing anecdotes and enthusiasm.

Beaucoup de poussière sous le divan-lit et sur les meubles, pas d’eau chaude dans la chambre à notre arrivée, restaurant de l’hôtel trop cher et on nous facture des frais de 35 us par jour pour aucune raison !
