The hallway carpets were stained, the other guests were noisy and we could hear them through the walls. People were smoking weed outside, bottom level floors had empty beer bottles around their entrances… People resembling prostitutes hanging outside. Pros: close to a lot of shops and places to eat near by, and very affordable

We checked in at 11pm with 4 guests. Arrived in our room with only 2 towels and a broken phone so we couldn’t call down to get rectified without walking back to lobby. We were too tired. Beds were hard and springy.

I stayed only for one day. The shuttle pick up waiting time in the airport is too long. I have to called two time to get pick up.

Really liked my stay; friendly staff and great rooms. The only downside was that my TV wasn't working for the duration of my stay, but I'd definitely stay here again.

The property online isn’t what it is in person. Very dirty and old. Room walls are paper thin can hear your neighbours talking. Patio doors are also thin can hear people outside talking. Stains on walls in bathroom from water damage.

Property is very run down and in various stages of 'updating'. Areas that have been renovated are still quite rough. Lots of leaks, water damages, holes in walls and poor finishes (in renovated rooms) throughout. Staff was able to relocate us on request when the toilet leaked through the night. Next room wasn't much better and we had to fix one bed as it fell to the floor when my daughter sat on it. Breakfast was very basic but well stocked. Overall a poor experience and would not recommend staying at this location.

The bed was too hard. The tracks for the sliding door were so dirty you could hardly slide the door open. I would be afraid if there was a fire you could not get out. There was a tea bag and a pkge of coffee but no sugar or creamer. I worked in the hotel business for 15 yrs and know about standards. On my next visit to Mississauga I will seek different accommodations.

I enjoyed my stay here. The Staffs was super welcoming and accommodating. I arrived little after 12 noon from a long flight and they checked me in and gave me a lovely room with king sized bed. The room was Nice, spacious and clean. It even Had a fridge, microwave, coffe maker and toiletries.The complimentary breakfast and free shuttle to the airport was a bonus. I Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

They don’t really want to pick you up from the airport. We had to get a Uber. Rooms are dirty.
