« If you need a wheelchair, you might not get one. First night checkin wheelchair was available. Second night, after a 10 hour day at St Marys, there was no wheelchair available. UNDERSTAND, Aspen Select does not guarantee wheelchairs. But a hotel property this close to Mayo St Mary's hospital should be able to guarantee the use of a wheelchair. Otherwise our stay was pleasant. »

« I liked that the property was convenient located to the Mayo Clinic because of my health. The one thing I didn't like was housekeeping they gave you towels and hand towels no washcloths is this a new thing. Am used to my room being made not that I have to ask for room service. Our trash cans were overflowing by the time we checked out. »

« The staff went above and beyond in their care for Mayo Clinic patients. The onsight restaurant, Twigs, was top notch. The shuttle service to the clinics were always on time. The room we stayed in needed some updating, but it was fine for the time we were there. »
